Your access to the Fetch platform can be deactivated if certain guidelines are not followed. We aim for transparency and want to help you understand how to keep your account in good standing. The following are key areas to understand in maintaining a good account standing with Fetch.

Key Areas to Maintain Good Standing
  1. Deliver all packages within the selected delivery block timeframe
  2. Deliver all packages to the correct units
  3. Show up for all claimed delivery blocks
  4. Follow all in-app instructions
  5. Do not bring guests with you during your deliveries
  6. If you need assistance during a delivery, do not ask the property staff, we recommend reaching out to Fetch's Driver Support team
