Scheduling a Delivery Block

As a Fetch Delivery Partner you are responsible for claiming delivery block through the Fetch Delivery App. All delivery blocks are offered on a first come, first serve basis, and delivery blocks are offered for scheduling a week in advance. All Delivery Blocks are offered for the following week on Thursdays at 10AM.

Here are some important rules and recommendations to understand about scheduling delivery blocks:

1) Delivery Partners must give Fetch 6 or more hours of notice from the start time if you are unable to make a scheduled delivery block, Cancelling a block within 6 hours of the start time will result in a violation being issued against your account.

2) Due to the high demand for delivery blocks, we recommend claiming Delivery Blocks as close to 10AM on Thursdays as possible.

3) If you get a notification that delivery blocks have been released, but cannot see any when you go into the Fetch Delivery App, it means that all blocks have been claimed by other Delivery Partners.

4) Fetch's Driver Support team cannot assist you in claiming Delivery Blocks. All scheduling is done on a first-come first-serve basis, which means it is your responsibiluty to claim blocks when you see them available.

Completing your application should take less than half an hour – we’ll guide you every step of the way.
