Questions & Answers
Everything you need to know about Fetch Trash, delivery, and more.
What time should I set out my trash?
Set your trash and recyclables out by 7 PM on pickup days. Check with your property management to confirm service days and hours at your community.
Do You recycle too?
Want to recycle? Check with your leasing office to see if it’s offered at your community. If so, toss your glass, aluminum, paper, and plastic in a clear bag, flatten any cardboard, and set it all next to your bin. We’ll take it from there.
What if I miss a pickup?
We’ll see you next time! Just be sure to set everything out by 7 PM sharp.
What happens if my trash isn’t picked up?
We’ll give you a notice letting you know what happened — whether it was timing, bag placement, or something else. That way you’ll know exactly what to fix for next pickup.
What if my bin is damaged?
Bin cracked, missing, or just seen better days? Reach out to your leasing office for a replacement.
