How do I know if I live at a Fetch community?
Download the app and enter your apartment address to check eligibility. Or just ask your leasing office — they’ll know.
I live at a Fetch community but don’t see Storage or Market in my app.

What types of packages can I send to Fetch?
If it’s from a major carrier, we accept it. Chairs, rugs, tires, we’ve seen it all. As long as it comes in a box and doesn’t exceed 108″ (9ft) or 150 lbs.
What about perishables like meal subscriptions or medications?
We hold perishable packages for up to 3 days from the time they’re received. After that, they’re discarded for health and safety. Medical packages requiring refrigeration are a different story — we hold those for up to 60 days.
Will Fetch slow down my deliveries?
Short version: your packages get to us before they’d get to you. Our commercial address and carrier relationships mean earlier arrivals, faster deliveries, and more time to fix issues before they become your problem.
Our facilities do the heavy lifting too — climate-controlled storage for perishables, room for oversized items, and we’ll hold packages for you up to 60 days.
How do I make sure my delivery is safe?
Your packages are stored in our secure facility from the moment they arrive. Got a meal kit or medication that needs to stay cold? We’ve got refrigerated storage for that. Nothing leaves our facility until one of our verified Fetch couriers is headed straight to your door. Verified delivery via secure code is optional on any package you receive with Fetch.
How does Fetch Storage work?
Here’s how it works: we bring storage bins to your door, you pack them with whatever you need out of the way, and we pick them up and store everything at our facility. Open the Storage tab in the app to see pricing and details.
How can Fetch Market grocery delivery be free with no tips or fees?
Fetch Market runs out of your local Fetch facility — we stock the inventory, pick and pack your order, and deliver it right to your door. We handle the whole process ourselves and that’s how we keep it free — no middle men, no unnecessary fees.
I need help. How do I contact support?

What is my Fetch address — and how do I use it?
When you shop online, you’ll use your Fetch address as the shipping destination. It’s your local facility’s address plus your unique Fetch code, which tells us the package is yours when it arrives at the facility. You can find the exact format in your profile in the Fetch app — just copy and paste it when you’re checking out online.
Why is my oversized package showing a different delivery window?
Some packages need a little extra attention. If something over 40″ long or 50 lbs shows up at our facility, you’ll get an alert to schedule in a dedicated delivery window. Think of it as a dedicated time slot for the big stuff — so your furniture, equipment, or whatever-that-giant-box-is gets the care that it needs.
