At Fetch, the safety and security of our candidates is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, employment scams have become increasingly common, with individuals impersonating legitimate companies and recruiters to deceive job seekers.
We want every candidate to know exactly what to expect when applying for a position with Fetch.
Our Hiring Process
- All legitimate job opportunities are posted on our official Careers page.
- Applications are submitted through our Applicant Tracking System.
- Interviews are conducted by members of the Fetch Talent Acquisition team and our hiring managers.
- Our recruiters will communicate using official Fetch email addresses or through our recruiting platform.
- Every offer of employment follows our standard hiring and onboarding process.
What Fetch Will NEVER Do
- Ask you to purchase equipment or software before you begin employment.
- Send you a check and ask you to deposit it to purchase equipment.
- Ask you to send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or make payments of any kind.
- Ask for your banking information before you have completed our official onboarding process.
- Ask you for passwords or personal login credentials.
- Conduct interviews solely through text messaging or instant messaging platforms without additional verification.
- Offer you a job without a legitimate interview and hiring process.
If anyone asks you to do any of these things while claiming to represent Fetch, it is fraudulent.
Verify Before You Proceed
If you are ever unsure whether a communication is legitimate, we encourage you to contact us before taking any action.
Please Include
- The recruiter’s name
- The email address used
- Any offer letter or documents you received
- Screenshots or copies of the communication, if available
Our Talent Acquisition team will gladly verify whether the communication is authentic.
