Austin-based Fetch, which provides a delivery solution for apartment managers and residents, said Tuesday that it has raised $18 million to expand its service. Iron Gate Capital and Pando Ventures led the Series B funding round and were joined by existing investors Signal Peak Ventures, Silverton Partners, Seamless and Venn Ventures. Fetch has raised a total of $32 million.
Logistics and delivery service company Fetch Package announced a $10 million Series A funding round on Sept. 26, led by Signal Peak Ventures.

Fetch partners with property managers to accept all packages at local warehouses and coordinates scheduled, door-to-door delivery with residents. This helps property managers and their teams eliminate the hours spent collecting, storing and distributing residents’ packages. (As you may guess, the e-commerce craze has led to piles and piles of parcels in apartment building lobbies.)
