Fetch announces new expansions of its sales and operational leadership teams to keep pace with the escalating demands that e-commerce has placed on multifamily operators.

The milestone illustrates not only Fetch's exponential growth, but also the continuation of e-commerce trends.

Fetch, the first and only off-site package solution for apartment communities, has announced the hiring of George Schultz as Chief Operating Officer.

Austin-based Fetch, which provides a delivery solution for apartment managers and residents, said Tuesday that it has raised $18 million to expand its service. Iron Gate Capital and Pando Ventures led the Series B funding round and were joined by existing investors Signal Peak Ventures, Silverton Partners, Seamless and Venn Ventures. Fetch has raised a total of $32 million.
