Two Takeaways from NAA Apartmentalize 2019

Fetch was fortunate enough to exhibit at the NAA Apartmentalize 2019. What an impactful week to build meaningful relationships within the industry while introducing our white glove door-to-door package delivery service that helps fix a serious package problem for communities throughout the nation.

Here are three key takeaways I’d like to share:

  1. I witnessed immense growth and adoption of smart apartments/communities from on-demand self or virtual tours, consolidation of property management software/app platforms, to co-living ascendance, and AI chatbot adoption. Unquestionably, multifamily is picking up and partnering with more and more leaders within the tech and innovation space to make the customer experience as seamless as possible. The amount of tech and innovation being poured into multifamily seems to only be heating up.  Fetch™ app provides residents full control on when they can receive their packages. No more rushing home before the leasing office closes again. Anything they order online will be delivered by our Fetch™ team to their door, on their schedule.
  2. Almost all workshops with on-demand renter related topics were overflowed with attendees.  I do not doubt for a second Fetch plays right into that category, and the change within the industry as we experience more millennials and Gen Z’s renting. Our Fetch™ app gives residents a peace of mind with our end-to-end package tracking platform. In addition, our Fetch™ dedicated support team can be easily reached via text, call, or email to answer questions and deliver top-notch assistance.
  3. We’re not sure of the actual numbers of attendees but this was probably the largest our team had collectively ever seen with NAA. The jury is still out on whether bigger (biggest) is better, but what an amazing showing that filled the Colorado Convention Center. As the multifamily industry grows with 350,000+ apartment units being developed annually, it’s fantastic to be able to share our package delivery solutions to both new and seasoned multifamily folks.

While I can’t wait to attend NAA Apartmentalize 2020, I’m more excited to see how Fetch™ will quickly transition from being the new kid on the block to one of the amenities residents can’t live without!

Fetch™ is based in Austin, Texas, and has expanded into 20,000 units throughout Texas with Pinnacle, ZRS, and Wood Partners.  Receive an obligation-free quote HERE.
