Prime Day 2022 is here, and this is what you need to know as a Fetch resident 👉
It’s officially here! Prime Day has returned and we’re already anticipating beating last year’s high score of products sold. During Prime Day 2021 over 250 million products were sold and shipped, and this year that number will likely be higher (if you can believe it)! That means more packages, more deliveries, and more excitement! Living in a Fetch community is more than just having a delivery solution, it’s a convenient way to get your packages securely delivered when you’re expecting them! Here is our official checklist for making your Prime Day deliveries easy as ever as a Fetch community resident:
Register & download our Fetch Resident app
Fetch communities send all residents a welcome email with a registration link. If you cannot locate this email, go to www.fetchpackage.com/register, or download the Fetch app and register there! We recommend using the app for scheduling deliveries and to access other perks that aren’t available on our website.
Use our “Schedule Delivery” feature in the app
As a Fetch community resident, you have an opportunity this Prime Day that is exclusive to your community… and that’s scheduled direct-to-door delivery! Use the mobile app or login at https://app.fetchpackage.com/login to schedule your Prime Day deliveries for when you want them. Even if you’re taking a summer vacation and need to get some Prime Day shopping done, we’ll hold your packages safely at our facility until you’re ready for them!

Use your Fetch shipping address
Using your Fetch address is imperative to a solid delivery. We strive to get your Prime Day orders to you as efficiently and as fast as possible. To ensure we have everything we need to do so, use your Fetch address instead of your apartment address on all of your Prime Day orders. As a Fetch community resident, you will have received your unique address upon registration.
Using your Fetch code
For fast delivery to your door, be sure that your Fetch code is added to your shipping address. Your Fetch code is unique to you, and it ensures your packages go to the right place. Put the Fetch code in the second address line when you order online (this is where you typically add your apartment number). You can find your Fetch address, including your Fetch code, under the SETTINGS tab of the website or the MY PROFILE tab in the resident app.
Schedule your delivery in our 2 hour windows
When your Prime Day packages arrive at our secure, climate-controlled facility, we will log them in and send you a notification upon their arrival. From there, you can choose a convenient time window that works for your package to be delivered directly to your door.
